URGENT Tomorrow’s session (12/16) is REMOTE ONLY

URGENT – TOMORROW’S MEETING IS REMOTE ONLY.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ATTEND AT THE NEW CASTLE FACILITY. THE WEATHER HAS MADE FOR BAD ROAD CONDITIONS TONIGHT WHICH WILL LIKELY NOT BE CLEAR BY TOMORROW. ALSO, THE UNIVERSITY WILL BE CLOSED.

We will be holding the session on Skype, since that has capacity for 25 people. Please take steps to create yourself a Skype account if you do not already have one. Further details will be issued on Slack in the #general channel before tomorrow’s session.

Due to the Winter Weather Advisory, tomorrow’s session will NOT be onsite, it will be REMOTE ONLY.

Please DO NOT go onsite.  CCDC Team Candidates are expected to remote into the session.  Please tune into Slack before tomorrow morning’s meeting for details on attending remotely, details will be posted soon.

Next two Saturdays – CCDC Prep onsite

Given that CCDC is a full month sooner than in prior years, we will have meetings for the next two Saturdays, both tomorrow (12/09) and next week (12/16).  For these next two sessions, we will be continuing our preparations for the competition.  If you are interested in joining the 2018 CCDC team, please be sure to attend.

The current forecast is for tomorrow calls for some snow.  Please be sure to use good judgement and caution, safety is always first.

Just a reminder to all, we’re meeting this Saturday at 9AM.  With CCDC finished for 2015, we’ll be returning to our normally scheduled activities, with an eye towards CCDC 2016.  (It’s time to start building next years team!  Come one, come all!)

Folks of all skill levels are encouraged to come.  Those of you who wanted to join CTFs or participate in other ways are very welcome at this and all future sessions.
